Arian Khamesi is a USA Powerlifting (USAPL) Senior International Coach and Head Coach of the Junior and Sub-Junior Raw American National Team. He has been an Assistant Coach to several National Teams and is active as a member of the USAPL Coaching Committee, the USAPL Raw Committee, and as an Athlete’s representative. Additionally, he is a national level referee, competitor, and meet Director.
With his background in Mechanical Engineering, the science of movement is very important to Arian. He specializes in tailoring programs to target and fix a lifter’s weaknesses and inefficiencies while playing to their unique physical strengths.
Arian has coached lifters to the highest levels of competition. He has World Champions, North American and Pan American Champions, and National Champions. His lifters also hold many World, National, North American, and State Records, including two Raw Open World Records. Arian coaches lifters of all ages, from Teen to Masters, first-time competitors to veterans, all performing exceptionally at all levels of the sport.
