Arian designs powerlifting programs with you in mind. All customized programs will be tailored to your strength levels, your schedule, your weaknesses, and your goals.
Do you track your macros and bodyweight regularly? Take advantage of Squats and Science nutrition coaching. This free-of-charge options will guide your nutrition to optimize your strength gains, recovery time, and help you to make weight for your competition.
4 Week Payments $140 - Payments are made every 4-weeks and can be cancelled at any time.
24 Week Payments $750 (~10% discount) - Payments are made every 24-weeks and can be cancelled at any time.
52 week payments $1450 (~20% discount) - Payments are made every 52-weeks and can be cancelled at any time.
Meet Day Coaching

Meet Day Coaching for lifters who are not programmed by Arian, but who want to maximize their performance. Meet Day Coaching includes analyzing training leading into meet, generating a game plan, and guidance with making weight prior to the meet. During the meet, Meet Day Coaching includes loading weights, timing warm ups, picking attempts, and keeping track of competitors to maximize total and placing.

Training Block Design
$10 per training week designed
This service is a limited Powerlifting Coaching option. This includes customized programming that can be adjusted every 4 weeks, technique analysis, and meet day planning. Payment is made up front for however many weeks are required for the full training block.
